Do certification levels cost money?
Not a cent. Certification levels (Verified/Pro/Elite) are automatically determined by your trading data. We never put certification behind a paywall.
How is Boost related to certification?
Completely separate. Boost is an optional add-on for traders who want more visibility and tools. Not buying Boost does not affect your certification level. An Elite trader without Boost is still Elite.
What's the difference between PLUS and PREMIUM?
PLUS ($29/mo, reg. $39) focuses on visibility — homepage feature, priority listing, peer comparison, data export. PREMIUM ($79/mo, reg. $129) adds long-term credibility on top of PLUS — 180-day history, drawdown recovery analysis, live badge API, white-label reports, and multiple daily syncs. Simply put: PLUS gets you seen, PREMIUM gets you trusted.
Is the 180-day history window good for me?
For traders with consistent long-term data, the 180-day window is a plus — denser monthly footprint, recovery metrics prove you're not just lucky. If you had big drawdowns or losing streaks 91-180 days ago, it'll expose that history. It's essentially a 'dare you to show everything' challenge.
How do I get the cross-exchange marks?
Bind 2 exchange APIs for 🌐 Cross-Exchange, 3 for 🌐🌐 Multi-Exchange. Free, stacks on top of your certification level.
Can I get a refund for Boost?
Monthly subscription, cancel anytime. Current month is non-refundable. Cancelling does not affect your certification level.
When will the enterprise plan launch?
Enterprise is designed for funds, prop trading firms, and family offices — bulk due diligence reports, institutional branding, and dedicated account managers. We're refining the individual experience first; enterprise will open later. Stay tuned for announcements.
