Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Traderank (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part, please stop using the Platform immediately.

2. Nature of Service

• Traderank is a technology service provider that solely provides trading data display, signal publishing, and copy trading tools. The Platform does not execute trades, custody funds, provide investment advice, or act as a fiduciary.
• All trading data, signals, and rankings are based solely on historical data and do not constitute representations or guarantees of future performance.
• The Platform does not provide services to residents of countries subject to U.S. OFAC sanctions, or any jurisdiction where cryptocurrency trading is explicitly prohibited. You are responsible for verifying that your jurisdiction permits use of this Platform.
• You represent and warrant that your jurisdiction permits the use of the Platform's services.

3. User Accounts

You must provide true, accurate, and complete registration information. You bear full responsibility for all activities under your account. The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice.

4. API Keys

Data synchronization requires read permission only; copy trading additionally requires trade permission. Never enable withdrawal permission. You are solely responsible for the security of your API keys. By binding an API key with trade permission, you expressly authorize the Platform to execute copy trades on your behalf.

5. Commission Disclosure

Exchange registration links on the Platform are referral/affiliate links. When you register and trade through these links, the Platform may receive commissions from the exchange. This does not increase your trading costs.

6. Payments & Refunds

All paid features are settled in USDT (TRC-20 network). All payments are final and non-refundable under any circumstances. Tips are voluntary gifts and irrevocable. Subscriptions do not auto-renew upon expiry.

7. Copy Trading & Signals

The copy trading feature allows you to automatically replicate trades of selected traders. Signals are independently published by traders; the Platform does not review, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or profitability of any signal. All risks of copy trading are borne solely by you.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You may not: use automated scripts, crawlers, or bots to scrape Platform data; submit falsified trading data or manipulate rankings; upload malicious code or attempt to breach Platform systems; use the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal activity; publish false signals; impersonate others or infringe third-party intellectual property.

9. Intellectual Property

The Traderank name, logo, interface design, source code, and all original content are the intellectual property of the Platform operator. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without written permission.

10. Risk Acknowledgment & Disclaimer

You expressly acknowledge and accept all risks: Cryptocurrency trading involves extremely high risk and may result in total loss of principal. Historical performance does not predict future results. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages. The Platform's total liability is strictly limited to the amount of fees you actually paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Platform operator and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the Platform.

13. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Seychelles. Disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration before a single arbitrator. The seat of arbitration is Victoria, Seychelles. You expressly waive the right to participate in any class action, and irrevocably waive the right to a jury trial.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Platform and delete your account at any time. The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time without prior notice. Paid fees are non-refundable upon termination.

15. Force Majeure

The Platform is not liable for any delay or failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, exchange API failures, internet infrastructure outages, and hacking attacks.

16. General Provisions

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force. These Terms constitute the entire agreement. The Platform's failure to exercise any right does not constitute a waiver.
