1. Information We Collect

Traderank collects only the minimum information necessary to provide its core services:

• Account information: email address, nickname, hashed password.
• API keys: exchange API Key and Secret you voluntarily provide (AES-256 encrypted at rest).
• Trading data: trade history pulled via your authorized API keys.
• Usage data: IP address, browser type, access timestamps (for security and anti-abuse purposes only).
• Cookies: used for session management, language preferences, and functionality.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

The Platform explicitly does not collect:

• Government-issued identification.
• Bank account information or credit card numbers.
• Precise geolocation.
• Full control access to exchange accounts.

3. How We Use Information

We use your information solely for the following purposes:

• Creating and managing your account.
• Pulling your trading data to generate rankings and performance metrics.
• Displaying your public trading data on leaderboards and trader profile pages.
• Calculating and managing referral commissions.
• Sending service-related notifications.
• Detecting and preventing fraud, abuse, and illegal activity.
• Improving and optimizing platform performance and services.

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers: hosting providers (Vercel, Supabase) and email services receive necessary technical data.
• Legal requirements: when required by law, court order, or government authority.
• Business transfer: if the Platform is merged or acquired, user data may be transferred as an asset (users will be notified in advance).

5. Data Security

All API keys are encrypted at rest using AES-256. Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes (salted). All data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Database access is strictly controlled and audited. No internet transmission is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected users as required by applicable law.

6. Data Retention

You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, we will remove all your personal data and API keys within 30 days. Anonymized aggregate trading statistics may be retained for platform analytics.

7. Your Rights

You have the following data rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and data portability. To exercise these rights, contact contact@traderank.cc. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Cookies

The Platform uses: essential cookies (session management), preference cookies (language/theme), and analytics cookies (anonymized statistics, can be disabled). You can manage or disable cookies in your browser settings.

9. International Data Transfers

Platform servers may be located in different countries. By using the Platform, you consent to your data being transferred and processed internationally.

10. Policy Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Material changes will be announced through Platform notices and/or email in advance. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
